Privacy Policy
Effective: 9 September 2026
Purpose
WASL is a project documentation and knowledge-management application. It uses information authorized by its users to create, read, organize, summarize, and update project files, reports, registers, and related records.
Google user data
When a user connects a Google account, WASL may access Google Drive, Docs, and Sheets data needed for the project workflows the user requests. This can include file and folder metadata, document content, spreadsheet content, and files created or selected for WASL operations.
WASL uses this data only to provide and improve the user-requested project functions. Google user data is not sold, used for advertising, or disclosed to unrelated third parties.
Processing and sharing
Authorized project data may be processed by the infrastructure and service providers configured for WASL, including automation, hosting, database, and AI-processing providers, solely to perform requested project functions. Access is limited by technical controls and project permissions.
Storage and security
Authentication tokens and operational credentials are stored in protected systems and are encrypted where supported. Administrative services are restricted to authorized network access. No system can guarantee absolute security, but access controls, isolation, logging, and least-privilege practices are used to reduce risk.
Retention and deletion
Project data and authorization records are retained for as long as needed to provide the service or meet project obligations. An authorized user may request deletion or disconnect the integration. Google access can also be revoked from the Google Account security settings.
Google API policy
WASL's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
